We will often need to pass your personal details – such as your name and address – to companies who perform part of our service delivery. This includes organisations such as major delivery companies, outsourced call centres, mail houses and third party fulfilment contractors. It also includes third party apps used to deliver our online experience, each of whom will have their own privacy policy. We may also disclose personal information to government authorities as required by law.
In these circumstances, Natashas Skin Spa will do our best to ensure that these third parties undertake to protect your privacy.
To protect people experiencing coercive control, domestic violence or stalking
Other than specifically described above, we cannot tell anyone other than yourself:

- if you have ever been a client here
- if you have attended your appointment
- if you are still in the premises (eg. they are waiting for you to finish)
- what you buy/book/normally have here (eg. they want to buy you a gift voucher)
Please do not be offended if we refuse to help your partner/friend/family member find out what you have/buy/want from us.
We recommend sending them links to the treatment or a message saying what you have here, to help them shop for you. This policy is designed to protect people. We have to operate it for every client, or it doesn't work for the at-risk client.

If you would like to access or update your personal information, email us guestcare@natashas.com.au or call on 0434 082 354. We prefer email requests as in many cases this assists us to verify your identity.
