Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 3 days.  This allows us time to receive it when the spa opens each day, pack & prepare it, and book a courier to collect it. 

We reserve the right to contact you to request extra shipping fees if our courier significantly increases their price without notice which can occur due to events such as natural disasters reducing the number of couriers available in our, or your area.  We do not anticipate this happening often and if it does occur we will also offer you the option to refund the order.
