Reservation Policy

We require a 50% deposit to secure every booking, both the first booking and any subsequent bookings ongoing. 
This deposit is non-refundable. 

Should you cancel with enough notice it will convert to store credit, or. you can choose to use it to book again.

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your booking for any reason. 
This allows us the chance to re-sell the room & time. 

If you give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or booking changes, for any reason, your booking deposit is lost. 

Please note the only reason anyone cancels with less than 48 hours notice is sickness, work, childcare, flight delays or sleeping through their appointment.  The deposist is exactly for such circumstances so we don't make exceptions in these situations.  You lose 50% and we lose the other 50%.  The room literally cannot be resold at such short notice & just like a hotel room, remains empty reserved for you.

Thank you for supporting all women's right to earn a living wage, including those in service jobs like skin clinicians.  Without this policy we would have to increase our prices by over 100%. 

Booking an appointment here indicates acceptance of this policy.  

Prepaid Series/Packages

Packages & series less than 48 hours notice of changes or cancellations will lose one of your prepaid services.  If you decide not to proceed with a prepaid series, or it becomes inappropriate for your skin, the remainder will be converted to store credit.  Prepaid series are strictly non-refundable.
