Reservation Policy

Our booking system automatically takes a 50% deposit to secure your time.  This goes towards your appointment on the day, and can be transferred to another time - so long as you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice that you need to change the time.
There is no way to make a booking here without paying a booking deposit.  
Booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Sometimes you need to change a booking, and that's fine.  We just need a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time to someone else.  If you give us less notice for any reason you will lose your deposit.  
Because we are a popular clinic and people often wait a long time to get in to us, there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.  

If you have to cancel but you give us MORE than 24 hours notice, your deposit is on file for you to use at your convenience.  If you have a deposit on file from a cancellation, call or email the clinic directly to book again without having to pay a new deposit online.  Or, book online, and use both deposits when you come in.
