Reservation Policy

When you book you will pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.  This goes towards your treatment on the day.  We do this for the first, and all subsequent bookings.

24 hours notice to change the day/time or cancel

If you need to cancel or change the time because you are sick, contact traced, called into work, lacking childcare, or any other reason, please call ahead at least 24 hours beforehand.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you don't need to worry that you've inconvenienced us because you have already paid a 50% deposit to cover the loss of our time.  We can't get anyone else booked in at short notice, because we aren't a walk-in business.  But the deposit is enough to pay the staff we rostered on to take care of you, and that means we will still be here next time you need us.

When you're ready to book again you will be asked for a new deposit for the new booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future booking with 24 hours notice.

But I'm Natasha's personal client/ I've been coming there for years.

As it turns out, the most frequent no-shows are those clients who refuse to see anyone but Natasha.  We think it may be because they perceive her as self employed and a very small business, and perhaps because  many self-employed women don't value their own time.  Our policy is the same for everyone, but most especially it is for those who are reserving the most high-value time in the business, that of the principal therapist.

Please diarise your booking in all your calendars

As the world returns to the office, remember that others may have access to your diary.  As soon as you book with us, we recommend putting it in your work calendar, because we will not refund your deposit if someone else books a meeting over top of our appointment.   You will lose your deposit if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice for any reason.

Reminder SMS

We will send you an SMS reminder 1-2 days before your appointment.   Please note that we still need you to diarise your booking, this is a courtesy reminder only
