How to use it:

Use as a daily cleanser on the face, neck, and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Dispense a 5c piece amount onto fingertips and emulsify with water to a foamy lather. Massage using circular motions for 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat if wearing makeup.

Note from Natasha:  

Don't use this daily if you have sensitive skin, or barrier impaired skin.  It's going to exfoliate every single time you use it, so you need to really need that exfoliation on the regular!
You'll love this product if you love things like dermalogica daily microfoliant.  But consider this not a dupe, rather a new-generation upgrade of that cult product: it's got a lot more to offer you.  There are calming, dissolving, soothing ingredients built in, it's much more than an exfoliant.  
You should choose this as a daily cleanser if your skin is more thickened, oily, congested. 
You can use it as a sometimes-cleanser if you get like that before your period!
You can use it as a couple of times a week exfoliant if you're a bit more of a sensitive type, and need more gentle exfoliating options.
