How does it work?
Choose your membership level. Or book a skin consult & we will guide you!
Every month on the commencement date, we will charge your nominated card.
Each month choose which treatment you want & book it in.
Or book a Members Session eg. “Rose Gold Members Session’ and let us guide you on the day.

What about the exclusive bonus offers?
Your membership is already great value, but if you want #moreglow you can take advantage of the bonuses.
From time to time we will announce limited-time bonuses for our members only. To make sure you see them, follow our instagram @natashas_skinspa_southbank.

Can I share my membership?
No, it’s all yours baby. But each month you can gift Gemlight to a new friend for a mere $10, keeping you both glowing AND popular!

How long is my membership for?
An initial 3 months commitment. When you sign up, you tell us if you want it to go onto month-by-month after that.

Can I cancel?
After the initial 3 months you can cancel anytime by emailing us with 30 days notice to guestcare@natashas.com.au.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Remember to call us with 24 hours notice if you need to change your time or cancel your appointment. Less notice will forfeit your treatment for the month.

What if I want something not included in my membership?
If you want a more expensive skin session that’s not in the membership, you can pay the difference between your membership price & the treatment you want.

Can I change to different levels of membership?
On the day of your appointment you might want to step up to a higher level of membership, just for that day. And that’s fine.
You can stay at that level or go back to normal level straight away. We will ask you before you leave.
After your initial 3 months, if you want to go down a level, just send us an email 30 days beforehand.

How do I use my 5% off Evidence Skincare Range?
Tell us you’re a member at checkout in the spa, or enter your Members Code at checkout online.
